What you'll do: 

• Design visuals for social media platforms, podcasts, event promotions, and more.
• Stay updated on social media trends, optimize content for mobile and desktop, and reformat existing artwork to meet project specs.
• Create and maintain brand kits and templates in Canva, working with Photoshop and Illustrator files.
• Capture, cull, and edit in Lightroom, high-quality photos for podcasts, services, events, promotions, staff headshots, and more - ensuring brand consistency.
• Organize and manage photo assets for distribution via SmugMug for staff, volunteers, partners, and ministries.
• Lead, train, and schedule the photography volunteer team to meet needs across multiple campuses and events.
• Manage timelines and meet project deadlines.
• Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship.

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and building brand kits and templates in Canva.
• Proven experience in event, documentary, portrait, and flash photography.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Spotify, Apple Podcasts) and adapting visuals for both mobile and desktop.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining excellence.
• Experience managing and leading volunteer teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay ahead of trends.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in photography and graphic design in a fast-paced environment with weekly turnaround deadlines.
