What you'll do: 

• Implement the church’s strategy for helping people take the next steps in their spiritual journey at the Firewheel campus 
• Manage systems that track the spiritual growth of attendees and connecting them to appropriate ministry opportunities
• Build, equip and lead through high capacity volunteers on Host Teams (New Here, Greeters, Parking Lot, Usher teams, etc.) and Next Steps Teams (Next Steps Class team, Baptism Team, Prayer Team, etc.) 
• Make certain the Firewheel campus is helping someone move from a first-time guest to being connected at Lakepointe
• Work with the Firewheel campus ministry teams to ensure there is a volunteer culture being built
• Take the lead for Next Steps Class at the Firewheel campus making certain those registered attend, find their next step, and are followed up with in a timely manner
• Take the lead on the baptism process after registration to after baptism follow up for the Firewheel campus and take point on special events like Baptism Weekends
• Participate and lead in campus-wide initiatives and events at the Firewheel campus
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
