You are a proactive, mission-driven administrative support professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings clarity to complexity. You manage calendars with efficiency and foresight, coordinate key projects from conception to completion, and serve as a reliable point of contact across internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality ensures the Campus Pastor can lead with clarity and focus. You are positioned to serve Lakepointe Church by playing a key role alongside the Campus Pastor & Team in the administration, growth, and development of your campus.

What you'll do: 

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Campus Pastor
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Campus Pastor
  • Respond to emails and phone calls within a 24-hour time frame
  • Provide daily assistance to the Campus Pastor for various needs/requests
  • Maintain Campus Pastor receipts, charges and expenses daily
  • Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
  • Coordinate Campus Pastor meetings and/or lunches with staff, members, guests, and community leadership
  • Organize and maintain agenda, calendar, and preparation for campus staff meetings
  • Manage calendar, appointments, and communications for Campus Pastor
  • Oversee, reconcile, and run reports for campus budgets and ministries
  • Recruit and train volunteers for Check-In and Data Entry to input data on major weekend events
  • Collecting Campus Team feedback following major events to send to Campus & Central Leadership
  • Enter Campus Weekend Metrics
  • Assist with staff care (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
  • Assist with Campus Pastoral Care records and follow-up
  • Maintain ROCK hospital lists and notes until discharge
  • Maintain campus prayer requests, online inquiries, and overseeing follow-up with campus team
  • Ordering of campus office supplies, staff and serve team snacks/drinks, and weekend coffee
  • Recruit and train volunteers for Midweek Teams- Seatbacks, Phones, Campus Laundry, Invite cards, etc.
  • Available to Campus Pastor before, after, and during  Weekend Services for various needs that arise
  • Provide support to Operations Pastor as needed
  • Oversee Check-In and Weekend Count Volunteer Teams
  • Create a high-touch environment (love, encourage, welcome people)
  • Positive contribution to the culture of the campus and organization

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; college degree preferred
  • Experience: Strong administrative abilities, detail oriented, work ethic, and commitment to excellence
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and basic accounting methods
  • Organizational Skills: Efficient problem solving skills, ability to multitasks,  and effective time management
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: High emotional intelligence and able to keep confidential information
  • Competencies: Steady, positive attitude, people-oriented, team player, and customer service minded.
