Who you are: 

The Associate Central Kid's Pastor is committed to creating environments, content, and events that help kids come to know God, take their next step in their relationship with Jesus, and are known by an adult leader. They have the experience and passion to provide rich resources to equip and train adult leaders to effectively reach kids for Christ and enable the discipleship of the next generation.

What you'll do: 

  • Establish the overall programming and curriculum for LP Kids ensuring every child is known, loved, and matters through small groups
  • Establish the overall programming for events that will set kids up to have a meaningful small group experience at each event
  • Research, curate, and create content for and partner to effectively onboard new LP Kids Serve Team members
  • Research, curate, and create content for leader training resources for new and existing LP Kids Serve Team members
  • Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
  • Develop and curate/write content for kids and their families who want to begin a relationship with Jesus
  • Have a presence at each campus providing coaching and feedback on how to accomplish the vision of Lakepointe Kids

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of Next Gen church staff experience
