What you'll do: 

• Create and edit social media videos, including full-length podcast episodes, podcast reels, sermon reels, event promos, recaps, and other creative content.
• Stay current with social media trends, optimizing and reformatting content for both mobile and desktop formats to meet project specs and ensure brand consistency.
• Film and edit Church Online host segments and capture content at weekend services and events as needed.
• Lead and train the Social Media Video volunteer team, scheduling them across multiple campuses and events to meet needs.
• Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of video content while adapting to shifting project requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain a digital media archive system for video assets, ensuring timely delivery across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Church Online, Video, and Social Media teams to curate, edit, and deliver video content.
• Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in video creation for social media in a fast-paced environment with weekly turnaround deadlines.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI video tools, DSLR cameras, iPhones, and video production equipment.
• Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, with the ability to optimize and reformat content for both mobile and desktop.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering organic and high-quality videos with 4K workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay ahead of trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
• Proven experience in leading, training, and scheduling volunteers.
