What you'll do: 

  • Lead the Safety and Security Coordinator
  • Review and update policies and best practices for all areas of safety and security as directed by the Director of Security
  • Onboard and schedule safety and security volunteers
  • Manage incident reports and action plans
  • Assist with training, event planning, and coordination
  • Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
  • Complete office timekeeping, prepare and manage expense reports, code and submit invoices for payment
  • Coordinate with vendors, purchase equipment, and supplies
  • Issue and maintain door access, alarm codes, ID cards, Automatic External Defibrillators, medical bags, and campus first aid kits
  • Assist the Director of Security and manage schedules
  • Prepare reports and other documents as needed
  • Maintain statistical information, spreadsheets, files, and databases
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus
