What you'll do:
- Lead the Safety and Security Coordinator
- Review and update policies and best practices for all areas of safety and security as directed by the Director of Security
- Onboard and schedule safety and security volunteers
- Manage incident reports and action plans
- Assist with training, event planning, and coordination
- Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
- Complete office timekeeping, prepare and manage expense reports, code and submit invoices for payment
- Coordinate with vendors, purchase equipment, and supplies
- Issue and maintain door access, alarm codes, ID cards, Automatic External Defibrillators, medical bags, and campus first aid kits
- Assist the Director of Security and manage schedules
- Prepare reports and other documents as needed
- Maintain statistical information, spreadsheets, files, and databases
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus
