What you'll do:
- Lead and shepherd birth-5th grade families, staff, and volunteers at campus
- Build strong volunteer teams
- Provide pastoral care and support to children, their families, and ministry volunteers by providing timely and appropriate follow-up communication and support.
- Recruit, staff & communicate weekly with preschool volunteers
- Oversee the implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure that all children are provided with a safe and secure environment.
- Participate & lead in campus-wide initiative
- Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in children's ministry as a volunteer or staff
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others, including volunteers and ministry leaders.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of child development and an understanding of child safety policies and procedures a plus
