What you'll do: 

  • Lead and shepherd birth-5th grade families, staff, and volunteers at campus
  • Build strong volunteer teams
  • Provide pastoral care and support to children, their families, and ministry volunteers by providing timely and appropriate follow-up communication and support.
  • Recruit, staff & communicate weekly with preschool volunteers
  • Oversee the implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure that all children are provided with a safe and secure environment.
  • Participate & lead in campus-wide initiative
  • Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in children's ministry as a volunteer or staff
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others, including volunteers and ministry leaders. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of child development and an understanding of child safety policies and procedures a plus
