The Rooted Project Manager brings a passion for discipleship and community, leveraging their expertise to create systems, facilitate training, and equip teams to turn the vision of Rooted - a group-based discipleship experience - into reality. You get excited about seeing an idea become a reality by utilizing your organizational and project management skills. You find joy in creating resources and content that will bring clarity to a vision. You have the ability to create and manage systems and great interpersonal skills that enable you to work effectively with ministry teams. You need to be held back more than pushed forward.

What you'll do: 

  • Preparing resources and systems that aid in the launch and management of Rooted, a discipleship experience that takes place in group environments
  • Develop and maintain effective communication that impacts both leaders and participants
  • Coach campuses on: effective leader preparation, group curation and environment needs
  • Create tools and resources that assist ministry teams
  • Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
  • Assist in coordinating the Launch Event and Closing Celebrations for each campus
  • Assist ministry teams in looking ahead and being proactive in preparing for each new Rooted experience
  • Create systems that facilitate efficiency and excellence
  • Steward the details of Rooted with a passion for helping others grow in their discipleship journey
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ability to complete a wide range of tasks including email correspondence, spreadsheets, and phone calls

  • Customer service and engagement that is marked by optimism and energy
  • Prioritization of deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Multi-tasking projects while maintaining a level of efficiency and excellence
  • Coaching peers and those above you on new processes being implemented
  • Taking a project from ideation to completion
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Docs programs with the ability to learn new applications
