What you'll do: 

• Maintain communication, accountability, and coordination with the Church Online Pastor to support the leadership, vision, and direction of Lakepointe Church
• Develop and maintain an inviting culture that fosters pastoral leadership, recruitment, and support for Church Online Volunteer Serve Teams during weekend (Saturday and Sunday) services at the Rockwall campus, while coordinating activities, providing guidance during business hours, and scheduling volunteers in advance to ensure each is assigned to a relevant role
• Live and on-demand chat sessions with online attendees during weekend services
• Engage in follow-up communication with the Church Online community through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to foster meaningful connections and facilitate appropriate next steps for spiritual growth, such as participating in Lakepointe's defined KPIs: Baptism, Next Steps Classes, joining Life Groups, and serving on a team, while encouraging ongoing community engagement
• Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
• Respond to ministry inquiries, including, but not limited to: calls, guest information, baptism requests, membership inquiries, and prayer requests
• Maintain ongoing communication with Church Online volunteers throughout the week
• Proactive in the collaborative development of the online community through social media posting and content creation, with a specific focus on the LP Online Community Facebook group
• Support additional needs of the Church Online and Social Media team
• Handle other duties as assigned by the Church Online Pastor
