What you'll do: 

  • Identify and recruit new leaders to start Life Groups at the Forney  campus
  • Recruit, develop, and equip volunteer leadership for groups
  • Help adults attending the Forney campus find a Life Group
  • Lead various ministry initiatives at the Forney campus 
  • Lead major Life Group projects/events at the Forney campus (Group Connect, Marriage Night, etc)
  • Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship
  • Provide pastoral and leadership direction to adults at the Forney campus
  • Participate and lead in campus-wide initiatives and event(s)

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • Ability to recruit and build volunteer teams
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Teachable spirit, humble – pursuing feedback and coaching
  • Strong, Biblical knowledge of how to respond to a variety of counseling situations
  • BA or BS degree preferred
