Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously makes you a key member of the Communications team. What you'll do:
- Collaborate with the Communications team to develop innovative ideas and strategies for communications and marketing.
- Manage various projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment while ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff.
- Work closely with ministries at Lakepointe to stay up to date and to effectively communicate vision.
- Maintain and update web content as needed (service times, event dates, copy, etc.).
- Assist with app updates and strategy.
- Contribute to weekly newsletter communication as needed.
- Respond to general inquiries and/or direct them to the appropriate ministry for follow-up.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
- Proficiency with WordPress, Monday.com, and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) preferred.
- Team player mentality with flexibility to adapt to various projects and needs.
- Knowledge of web-design best practices.
- Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passionate about simplifying processes.
