What you'll do: 

  • Produce weekend services at the Rockwall location
  • Lead, recruit, and develop volunteer team and contractor teams
  • Route audio patches in the audio deck
  • Provide high quality production support for weekend services, mid-week services, and events for the Rockwall campus. This includes but is not limited to: modifying ProPresenter content for events and services, programming lighting and loading content for weekend experiences, preparing detailed order of services and scheduling volunteers
  • Manage training workflows for new volunteers in Planning Center Online and Rock (church database)
  • Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meeting and worship
  • Operate media equipment/provide production support for various events and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video production technologies and techniques
  • Maintain production equipment at the campus with the Rockwall production team by following schedule and processes established by Central Production Support
  • Clear, effective communication with the Rockwall production team and other departments to coordinate and clarify media needs
  • Provide a high level of volunteer care to volunteer teams

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years live production experience (paid or volunteer); broadcast environments experience preferred
  • Working proficiency in presentation software (ProPresenter, Keynote, etc.)
  • Lighting programming skills a plus, willing to learn systems a requirement (GrandMA familiarity a plus)
  • Strong proficiency with Audio Mixing, audio System setup, routing audio patches and troubleshooting skills; experience with MADI, DANTE, WAVES, and Digico boards
  • Familiarity with Video system knowledge (Resolume, playback, setup, etc.) skills a plus
  • Familiarity with Planning Center Online for scheduling volunteers and producing order of services
  • Familiarity with switchers and broadcast cameras
  • Strong in leading and communication in live production experiences with multiple volunteer teams
  • Strong social skills and able to pastor volunteer teams weekly
  • A great coach of live production. Can develop volunteers naturally
