What you’ll do:

  • Provide quality care for children while their parents are involved in other LP ministries
  • Facilitate application and interview process with prospective childcare teachers 
  • Process childcare reservation request forms & and ensure staffing for campus events
  • Coordinate childcare rooms and staff according to event needs. Such as: calendar, room placement, scheduling teachers, special food requests, curriculum, etc.
  • Floor supervision every Tuesday and Wednesday evening as well as other occasional times of childcare provided
  • Train and encourage childcare teachers
  • Prepare and submit payroll
  • Assist with budget preparation

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • Childcare staff experience preferred 
  • Children’s ministry experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
