What you’ll do:
- Provide quality care for children while their parents are involved in other LP ministries
- Facilitate application and interview process with prospective childcare teachers
- Process childcare reservation request forms & and ensure staffing for campus events
- Coordinate childcare rooms and staff according to event needs. Such as: calendar, room placement, scheduling teachers, special food requests, curriculum, etc.
- Floor supervision every Tuesday and Wednesday evening as well as other occasional times of childcare provided
- Train and encourage childcare teachers
- Prepare and submit payroll
- Assist with budget preparation
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
- Childcare staff experience preferred
- Children’s ministry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
