What you'll do: 

  • Responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring superb customer service
  • Schedule LP campus’ repairs & maintenance appointments as needed, maintain files, manage correspondence and coding of all utility, repairs, maintenance and service contract billings
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of construction-related paperwork, including contracts and change orders    
  • Assist in budget preparation    
  • Prepare and distribute reports as needed creating data matrix for operation team review
  • Maintain effective communication with campus staff, clients and vendors
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations   
  • Other tasks assigned as requested by Operation or Central Facilities Director

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, construction knowledge and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, preferably in the construction industry    
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills    
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and vendors    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software    
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology    
  • Attention to detail and accuracy    
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
