What you'll do:
- Responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring superb customer service
- Process all invoices
- Schedule LP campus’ repairs & maintenance appointments as needed, maintain files, manage correspondence and coding of all utility, repairs, maintenance and service contract billings
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of construction-related paperwork, including contracts and change orders
- Assist in budget preparation
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed creating data matrix for operation team review
- Maintain effective communication with campus staff, clients and vendors
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Other tasks assigned as requested by Operation or Central Facilities Director
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
