What you'll do: 

  • Work with the Lead Creative Designer to bring the polish and finishing touches to all Lakepointe’s videos and live environments.
  • Receive and implement daily feedback and direction on multiple projects at a time
  • Contribute to the team to ensure that your projects are staying on track from concept to completion via processes such as ideation, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and delivery
  • Coordinate with Graphic Design Team to maintain the integrity between initial looks and the final product to keep all delivered assets in sync
  • Continually benchmark with other organizations and producers in the industry to bring inspiration to the team
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • Bachelor's degree in film production, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of working in video production, with an emphasis in graphics/motion/animation
  • A strong portfolio that showcases creativity and stunning visual details
  • Proficient with video production software and hardware, including cameras, tripods, lighting equipment, sound equipment, Premiere, After Effects; Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • Proven strong project management skills, including the ability to plan and execute projects on time and on budget
