What you'll do: 

Budget and Financial Stewardship

  • Manage the day-to-day Central Worship budget, including precise tracking, reporting, and forecasting
  • Execute all financial transactions, including processing, contractor payments, and strategic purchasing
  • Audit all expenditures to ensure strict adherence to ministry priorities and approved financial plans

Project & Event Execution

  • Lead the planning and delivery of key initiatives such as songwriting sessions, development nights, and training environments
  • Design comprehensive timelines and maintain robust Monday.com workflows to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Act as the primary liaison to ensure clear communication and operational alignment across all campuses
  • Anticipate needs by ensuring all logistical details are finalized and communicated well ahead of deadlines

Worship Development & Volunteer Systems

  • Maintain a high-level development dashboard to monitor team growth, health, and engagement metrics
  • Standardize the volunteer pipeline, ensuring a frictionless and welcoming entry process for all new members
  • Proactively monitor volunteer activity and lead follow-up efforts to maintain a healthy serving culture

Worship Operations

  • Streamline multi-campus contractor payroll and maintain professional, clear communication regarding compensation
  • Partner with the Central Music Director to optimize studio scheduling and resource allocation
  • Ensure the Central office and studio remain organized, fully stocked, and ready for high-level creative work

Central Worship Support

  • Strategically manage calendars and protect the time and focus of Central Worship leadership
  • Facilitate productive meetings by preparing agendas, capturing actionable next steps, and driving follow-through
  • Keep leadership informed on project milestones and provide necessary accountability to keep high-level priorities moving

Worship Development & Volunteer Systems

  • Author and maintain "one-sheets" and operational playbooks to drive excellence and consistency across all locations
  • Translate complex workflows into clear, documented systems that are easily accessible and executable by the broader team

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably in a multi-site or creative environment
  • Proven track record of managing departmental budgets, processing accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with the unique rhythms of a worship department (songwriting cycles, volunteer culture, and technical production) is preferred
  • Excellence building and maintaining digital workflows
