What you'll do: 

  • Support the purchasing, organization, and distribution of all Lakepointe ministry resources including Lakepointe's internal ordering system, student resources, and special event and seasonal programming.
  • Help lead and equip volunteers to provide campus teams with the resources needed to execute ministry programming across all Lakepointe campuses as needed.
  • Ensure resources are properly returned, organized, and inventoried following events.
  • Coordinate with Central Ministry teams to provide campuses with the materials needed to implement ministry initiatives and programming.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring resources are available on time, within budget, well organized, and of the highest quality.
  • Assist with purchase, packing, and organization of campus launch resources.
  • Help maintain inventory of resources between event use.
  • Participate in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship gatherings.

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ministry experience preferred
  • Purchasing and fulfillment experience preferred
  • Ability to learn new software and programs
  • High level of customer service
