Position Overview: 

The Executive Partnership Assistant provides vital administrative and logistical support to the Strategic Launch Network President and church partnership team. This role maximizes the capacity and impact of the President and the VP of Ministry Partnerships through strategic scheduling, targeted research, and project support.  It also helps to ensure that our partners experience deep appreciation and connection through partner-focused event support, active care initiatives, and ongoing communication.

And as a trusted ministry teammate, you will extend the reach and impact of executive leadership and partnership staff.

What you'll do: 

Partner Development & Executive Support:

  • Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and participate in meetings of the Partnership team
  • Manage Data: Help maintain the partner pipeline by accurately adding, updating, and removing prospective and current partner records
  • Process Partner Contributions: Securely deposit financial support and accurately log partner contributions in HQ
  • Onboard Partners: Assist with the onboarding of new network partners
  • Execute Care Initiatives: Assemble and ship custom care packages to partners in the network
  • Facilitate Communication: Draft and distribute partner communications and reply to partner inquiries
  • Provide Scheduling Support: Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and daily administrative needs for executive leadership. and logistics for the partner team

Event Logistics & Support:

  • Coordinate Flagship Partner Events: Support the planning and execution of key partner events, including Board meeting, Gatherings, and Vision Trips
  • Manage Travel Logistics: Oversee travel arrangements for event guests and VIPS, including flights, hotel room blocks, ground transportation, and dining reservations
  • Deliver On-Site Support: Provide day-of operational support for local events in the Dallas area and occasional remote events

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a hospitality-minded approach to partner care
  • Customer Service Gifting: High value for customer service that leaves a lasting impression
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and CRM/pipeline management tools. AI capability is a plus
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and anticipate logistical needs
