Senior Content Producer

Rockwall, TX, USA | Full-time

Apply

Who you are:

You love to collaborate and have a passion for helping people connect to God through clear and compelling visual content. You are a self-starter who can independently manage and prioritize work in a fast-paced, production-heavy atmosphere. You bring order to many moving pieces, follow through without constant direction, and remain calm when information arrives late or plans change. You believe the best idea wins and are comfortable when it is not your idea. You are a humble servant who confidently brings ideas, questions, and solutions to the conversation. You value excellence without expecting perfection, enjoy developing volunteers, and take ownership of delivering accurate, production-ready content across every Lakepointe campus.

What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end development, quality control, and delivery of ProPresenter content for weekend services, central midweek programming, and special events across all campuses. Gather assets, follow up on missing pieces, and organize everything into complete, production-ready packages.
  • Serve as the primary production contact for on-screen message content, including scripture, photos, illustrations, graphs, charts, videos, and other visual elements.
  • Coordinate with Communications, Design, Video, and Production to turn message ideas into executable content, making basic adjustments to existing assets and sourcing visual elements or props as needed.
  • Lead the sermon-input process from the arrival of the outline through slide checks, rehearsals, content updates, and live message execution at the Rockwall broadcast campus.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, develop, and direct sermon-input and Graphics volunteers for weekend services and central programming.
  • Collaborate with Worship to confirm accurate lyrics and arrangements and build, modify, or verify MIDI cues for each weekend set.
  • Build series and special-event templates from approved creative packages, load current message templates onto broadcast CG systems, and protect brand consistency across campuses.
  • Maintain the centralized ProPresenter song library and shared resources, including new song assets, lyric fonts, and templates. Document standards, create CG tutorials, test software updates, and communicate workflow changes.
  • Provide ongoing content guidance and troubleshooting support to campus producers, leading ProPresenter setup and CG training for new campus launches.
  • Archive weekly service recordings, maintain sermon content in Vimeo, and locate, edit, upload, or distribute previous sermons, services, and specific moments when requested by pastors or leadership.
  • Participate actively in Central Production meetings, projects, events, and team priorities; help improve workflows with other creative departments; and support the Central Production Pastor by monitoring requests, tracking ticket progress, and following up with assigned owners in the team’s project-management systems.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Central Production Pastor in support of Lakepointe’s ministries and mission.

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent grammar, spelling, formatting, and content accuracy.
  • A dependable self-starter who can prioritize multiple deadlines, follow through independently, and communicate clearly with pastors, creative teams, volunteers, and campuses.
  • Strong working knowledge of ProPresenter and related graphics and content-playback systems, including shared content libraries and live playback workflows.
  • Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to modify and prepare existing visual assets when needed.
  • Creative and resourceful, with the judgment to solve immediate needs while knowing when to engage a designer, video producer, or technical specialist.
  • Comfortable leading volunteers and remaining calm, flexible, and accurate in a high-pressure live production environment where plans and content can change quickly.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to learn and maintain team project-management systems.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in content production, live events, communications, or a related creative environment preferred.
